What we’re doing and what we ask of our brides
There is obvious unrest across the globe with the Covid-19 virus and how it will impact on our daily lives. It will affect everyone in one way or another and no-one has real answers to anything at the moment. So, in the meantime, we carry on, business as usual unless instructed otherwise by the Government.
We’re still welcoming our brides through our doors and understand that weddings will still be taking place and plans still need to be made. We’d like to re-assure our brides and ensure they are confident when they walk through our doors that we are taking certain precautions and we ask our brides to do the same…
We ensure that all our staff are washing their hands throughout the day, on entering and leaving the premises and between every appointment and please don’t be offended when we ask you lovely brides to wash yours too! ?
We’re increasing our already high level of cleanliness by cleaning and sanitising all areas, surfaces, door handles etc at the start, and throughout the day.
Until further notice, we respectfully ask that you do not bring more than 2 guests with you for appointments.
We ask that if you or any of your guests are showing any signs of the virus or even not feeling very well, please do not attend any appointment, including fittings. Please call us and stay in touch to how you are and we will re-arrange for you once you are feeling better.
In accordance with Government guidelines if any member of staff feels unwell or shows any sign of the virus or even just a sniffle, they will be asked to self-isolate at home until they are better.
If your wedding has been postponed or you have any concerns, please keep us informed and we can help and advise as much as possible and be there for you.
